How secure and stable is DoneDone?

Data transport

All DoneDone data transmission from MyDoneDone.com is served under SSL to protect the traffic between your computer and our servers from eavesdropping, tampering, or communications forgery by an outside party. Any request attempted on the HTTP protocol is immediately redirected to HTTPs.

Our certificates transport data under the TLS 1.2 protocol, AES (128 and 256 bit) encryption, and a SHA256/384 hashing algorithm.

Credit cards and billing

All credit card data transmission is sent securely over HTTPs. Our payment gateway provider stores and processes credit card information on a PCI-Compliant network.

Hosting and data storage

Our servers, databases, and file storage is managed by Amazon Web Services, the largest Cloud services provider in the world. You can find further information about compliance and assurance programs established by AWS.

Data backups

Your data is backed up throughout the day and we hold backups for a 28-day retention period.

Monitoring

All of our servers are monitored for uptime and any unusual events. We also have third-party monitors that check uptime on our URLs every minute. Our team is alerted of any downtime or unusual events so we can attend to any issues as soon as possible. You can also check our uptime history here.
